Fond TVF2 Eur je investice klubu do Tensor Ventures Fund 2, přes minifond, pro kvalifikované investory. Tj ty kteří vkládají minimálně 3 miliony Kč, respektive 125 tisíc Eur.
Addendum to 25/09/2025: A board meeting of the fund was held, in which we participate as one of the five largest investors (alongside ČS / Erste, for example). TVF2 is purchasing the first nine companies, including DynaNIC. In the fall, they will call for another 14% of capital—we expect this to happen at the end of October.
Addendum to 07/24/2025: Venture Club investors will contribute EUR 2.25 million, making us one of the five largest investors in the Tensor Ventures Fund 2. This gives us a seat on the fund's board alongside Erste, among others. Some of the fund's decisions are approved by the board. We are honored to be part of this, and you can join us if you haven't already. We have set aside a small reserve for new investors.
TVF2 is a Deep Tech Fund, from the team we already know from TVF1. We looked at it on February 4, 2025, and since it's good to have something “in the pipeline” and the fund was now in its first closing, the conditions were ideal for joining. Investments will be made on behalf of the club over the next 3-4 years, and after 4-5 years, the fund will begin selling the invested companies and the club will pay out the returns over the next 5-7 years. TVF2 has a similar strategy to the proven TVF1, where we have a club investment that is already in the payout phase. It is good to have a diversified and well-managed group of companies in your portfolio, under a regulated fund – with us, you can also invest smaller amounts, as opposed to the usual hundreds of thousands of euros.
