The D-Day was repeated, because the sale of shares continued - until the moment of fulfillment - under the original conditions...If you missed the D-Day, after the RFI write-off you could go for a tour of the He3da research center in Letňany. Where you could see a demonstration application, a production prototype line and tours were taking place on Wednesday. At the event, the battery was on display, including construction details, demonstrations of materials and properties used, and any questions answered. A business plan is available for those interested in signing an NDA. Venture Club Invest acted both as a trader, accompanying investors from 30 shares upwards and then buying directly, and also had an open-ended fund, bringing investors together. Venture Club also plans to prepare projects that will use the batteries - as we have the option to buy batteries on a priority basis. The He3da battery serial production project has incredibly great potential and seems to be moving the competitiveness of Europe, not just the Czech Republic. We are available for questions. The opportunity ended at the end of January 2020. Production was expected to start in March 2020, dividend then mid 2021. In the end, thanks to covid 19 and the war in Ukraine, everything was delayed by two years, mass production started Q3 2022. Further funds were raised by the project through CIF - CFDF, Battery Corporation, and Venture Club Invest helped again in 2022. This is the input of other investors and funds.
