Co-producing a feature film can be an interesting investment for many years. Indeed, the share of the royalties lasts up to 70 years (we assume the rights are bought back five years after the release and the investment is settled), and the return can be as little as a year or two. Especially if costs are kept in check and if interesting work is produced, as in this case, by a renovated Czech film producer. The investment is for Venture Club members only. Addendum to 24.3.2025: We invite you to the premiere of the documentary Dogspiracy, to be held on 8.4.2025 in Konvikt, Prague 1. Drop by. The English version of the film is with Czech subtitles.
Addendum to 11/01/2024: we are working with distributors in many territories, last week we even signed a deal with Bulldogs Film, a UK-based cooperating distributor. It looks like the film will have its world premiere in January 2025. The film is otherwise already complete in terms of editing, post-production and music.
A suitable addition to an investor's portfolio, for a medium-term investment with random but interesting returns. Returns can be expected one year after distribution. Income will then go for another 5 years before we plan to sell - unless we agree an extension at the club. In fact, the rights are theoretically valid for up to 70 years. We were charging investment until 20 Jan 2020, originally the intention was to make a documentary - Dogs of Kings, but due to Covid, the death of the Queen (we're guessing) and the people involved, the intention eventually changed to a documentary about dog breeding DOGSPIRACY, shown about a year late. PROJECT INVESTED, raising a total of £1m. We will be featured in the film as project partners, with the company logo. It is currently being filmed and the documentary was supposed to go into distribution in the second quarter of 2024.
