We have acquired an additional 20.5% stake in the company and will co-manage the business. The car manufacturer has development plans for its newly approved electric ZEBRa model, as well as interests in other markets and partnerships, so it makes good sense – and is also necessary – to have active partners. Following the transaction, Venture Club now holds a 38.5% stake and becomes the company's second largest shareholder.
The company currently has a new CEO – we have reached an agreement with the interim company JPF and are professionalising our management. ZEBRA is number three on the market and our ambition is to improve our position and sell outside the Czech Republic. Diesel and, more recently, electric cars provide a good basis for this. We believe in the company, which is why we have bought out a 20.5% stake in the company from our partner, the company's first investor, at a very attractive price. The investment is open to club members and the offer is valid until sold out.

Addendum to 07/16/2025 (published 08/08/2025): We have purchased and paid for a 20.5% stake from JONAK Real, a new CEO, Mr. Hošek, has taken over, and standard cooperation is underway. ZEBRA has a certified electric car and is certifying a version with a higher load capacity of 5 tons. At the same time, we are negotiating through BDO with parties interested in strategic investment specifically for the development of the newly approved versions. You can still join the project – the offer is valid until sold out.
Take advantage of this opportunity before the end of July: we are buying shares at 7 times less than the original price. We have negotiated a discount for speed. We believe that even a small investment will pay off. Only the last 2-4 million CZK are available for investment!
