We are launching our second dividend project: three franchises, two Kytky od Pepy and one Trdlo Kafé. Prague, České Budějovice, and Karlovy Vary. We have chosen three that we believe will be more reliable and immediately operational. Investors jointly invest funds into the SPV and then participate in the results according to the amounts invested. We settle the yield quarterly as an advance payment on the share of the SPV's profit.

Most of the investors from the original Twistcafe investment are participating in the investment, with several new ones joining. We have three establishments included in the figures for March and April: Bubblify Můstek, Kytky od Pepy České Budějovice, and MyFoodPlace. Since May, we have had two more “Kytky” establishments—České Budějovice Nádražní and Korunní u Orionky in Prague. Our third location is still temporarily a substitute. Trdlo na Kolonádě in Karlovy Vary is scheduled to open in Q2 2025.
In April 2025, we attended Radek Klein's TWISTCAFE presentation for the second time – the first was in autumn 2024. Investors had until the end of April to decide whether they wanted to join the new project with a smaller number of franchises. In the end, we are opening three branches in the Czech Republic: two in the Kytky od Pepy chain – in Budějovice and Prague – and one in Trdlo Kafe in Karlovy Vary.
