A loan to cover an insurance claim (before it is settled by the insurance company) and the related investment in equipment, after the overdraft facility with KB is canceled, will help our original investment in the biogas power plant in Velké Meziříčí (VM). We are organizing a smaller loan for members. Deposits are possible from half of CZK 250,000 for 6-12 months, or as agreed, with a yield of 10% p.a.
The loan is provided on the basis of an individual agreement between BSVM and the investor. The club only mediates and subsequently supervises the operation. The draft agreement can be downloaded below. If you accept it, simply submit your commitment and we will take care of the rest. Thank you.

Note: Regarding the increase of the initial loan amount by CZK 3 million: the new requested amount of CZK 7.5 million in total includes an additional CZK 1.5 million to cover operating costs during the period of reduced/interrupted operations and CZK 2 million to repay the overdraft facility with KB, following the unexpected cancellation of the overdraft facility by the bank at the end of June.

The loan for the Velké Meziříčí biogas plant is a club investment. After an insured event, it was necessary to immediately repair the wind-damaged roof before the insurance policy took effect. As a result, the biogas power plant is temporarily out of operation, causing secondary damage in the form of lost production. This is also insured, but again, it is missing from the cash flow. To make matters worse, a dosing vehicle had to be replaced after a breakdown and the cancelled KB overdraft facility had to be compensated (the bank is discontinuing its biogas plant segment across the board). Given that the insurance covers the insured events and the other partners are releasing funds within three months after the sale of real estate, we consider the loan to be secure. This may also be because the sale of the entire biogas plant is currently being negotiated, so everyone is motivated to get everything in order soon.
