More details can be found at bytyklicanka.cz. The project is financed and apartments are currently on sale at prices from 3.5 Mil CZK, 2kk to 3kk, including equipment, basement, parking spaces. Completion of construction and approval is expected by mid-2019. Investment volume, excluding additional bank financing: 48 mil. CZK. The original investment of the construction of the houses is closed. Entry was then possible into another project: the Klíčanka CD, which is now also closed. The offer was only valid for Venture Club members.
Project presented to specific investors and those interested in direct input individually in April and May 2017. As there was also interest in smaller inputs, the situation eventually led to the establishment of Venture Club Invest s.r.o., which today can also bring together smaller investors in other projects. The Klíčanka project ended successfully - all 108 apartments were built and sold. Investor yields ranged from 24% to 100%, per project / depending on how and when the investor was involved.
