The private family clinic of holistic medicine offers an interesting return and care included in the price if you invest a minimum of 1 million CZK for a period of 4 or 5 years. It is a loan agreement, with quarterly income payments. In addition, for every CZK 1 million you deposit, you can draw unlimited medical care for one person / otherwise provided at a cost of CZK 80,000 per year for the duration of the loan.

Addendum to 12/31/2024: the clinic is operational, gradually recruiting clients. We have several satisfied ones among our members. We can give a reference for care. The possibility to take up a bond - a loan agreement - continues. They can still use some margin for start-up. They are currently contracting for amounts from a million CZK to yield up to 200,000 CZK per year, 80,000 of which is set against the provision of clinic services at a cost of 80,000 per year. It is still possible to get care for a child at the cost of the investment. Of course, we are also happy to accept only those interested in unlimited health care, for a lump sum even without investment. Lower deposit amounts from 250 thousand are then interest at 12% per annum.
On September 24, 2024 we visited the newly opened clinic of holistic medicine - Galen Clinic. In the newly renovated premises, it provides private clientele with superior care in many disciplines, usually for an annual lump sum with no limit on the number of procedures and services. And because the owners want to have a reserve, they are raising up to CZK 25 million in several tranches in the form of a 4-5 year loan. At the same time, for every million CZK borrowed, they offer their services free of charge for one person for the duration of the loan. They are also happy to take over childcare as a bonus to the adult contract. This is an interesting investment opportunity.
