TWISFCAFE is the umbrella of several fast food chains you may be familiar with: for example, Trdlo Kafé, Bubblify selling bubble drinks and ice cream, and smaller pizzerias. They all use the same model - for an investor, which is what we are now, the group finds a suitable location, sets up the premises and gets the operation up and running - and later either continues to operate the business as a service for a fee or hands it over to the franchise owner. The operation is billed monthly, a 5% franchise fee and 1% of the raw material volume is paid, and what the operation earns is invoiced to the investor's SPV.
Addendum to 06/13/2025: The project has been settled. Some investors have transferred to TwistCafe 2, and we have paid out a portion of the funds. Thank you for your trust, and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Addendum to 03/23/2025: we have access as a franchisee to the electronic checkout Dotykačka, both to Bubblify Můstek and to Kytky od Pepi in České Budějovice (the first two outlets). This complements the indicative statistics on Telegram and access to the camera in Bubblify, with precise and accurate data. And it looks good.

Úspěch má postavený na myšlence využití impulzivních nákupů kolemjdoucích a motivovaného personálu - kde obsluha má navázaný výdělek na obrat pobočky. Několikrát denně dostane informaci, jak jsou na tom ostatní srovnatelné pobočky a soutěží s ostatními. Vše monitoruje webová kamera a AI. Software se stará o kontrolu provozu, objednání surovin když docházejí. Výsledkem je efektivní provoz. Pokud se zvolí dobrá lokalita a víme-li, kolik lidí prochází kolem, dá se odhadnout ekonomika provozu předem. Franšízant si vybere pobočku, postupně uhradí a Twistcafe ji zařídí a zavede a třeba i provozuje. Plánujeme vyúčtovávat investorům vše čtvrtletně a předpokládáme návratnost kolem tří let. Investice byla možná pro členy Venture Clubu a zainvestovala se za deset dnů.
