Strafos is a smart cloud software for private jet operators and its charter sales departments. Strafos build a B2B platform that automates traditionally manual and hours long calculations, finally enabling instant bookings of private jets.
We saw the potential investment of Venture Club at D Day 54 on 09/19/2023. We liked the idea, STRAFOS later added answers to some questions and clarified the longer term outlook of the project. There was a stake to be taken by another of their investors, who was to buy Venture Club in half through SPV and Inventi, the current sw work supplier for Strafos. However, the creditors' committee did not accept the offer to buy the stake by 30 November and so the investment has been dropped for now.
