Stavar.io is a going concern, with nearly 15,000 builds under its belt, and several hundred currently open. The electronic construction diary, accumulating multiple construction agendas (for example, not only the diary, photos, but also attendance of people, tool rental), at a reasonable price, is suitable not only for large construction sites, but actually for every builder or small company. Moreover, the trend is that it will be mandatory. In our country, the electronic construction diary must be used only for over-limit constructions (CZK 170 million), but in Slovakia, for example, from next year, all constructions must be used, similarly to Poland. Addendum to 03/06/2024: today the registration of the investment Stavar.io 1 in the commercial register took place. We have acquired a 16% stake in the company and the company is debt free. The new shareholders are the investors of the association in the VC SPV4 (20%, who took over the investment after the Nation1 fund) and Martin Hausenblase with Etnetera (2%). Stavario is now debt-free. (We are looking for more investors to finance the second half of the SPV4 price).
Addendum to 8/1/2023: the minimum investment limit of CZK 3 million has been exceeded, we are implementing the investment.
We took a look at an interesting company at Day D 54, Tuesday 05/09/2023. The company had already had an investment from the nation1 fund. It wanted to open more Slovakia and later Poland. It had a promised investment from SK fund and was looking for a lead investor. And because the application was supported by the legislation (which for example in Slovakia required an online construction diary for all those who build - although in the end it did not apply), we believe that the company can succeed with a user-friendly application where "we know everything". Especially if the company has a reasonable pricing policy and gives the user a license to use the electronic diary on more of their builds. We invested in the project and on 3/2024 a 16% stake was registered in the commercial register. The other 20% was then acquired by a second group of Venture Club investors, by taking over the claims of nation1.
