An interesting architectural initiative - the use of the old factory premises for the creation of lofts and hotels in a location within sight of the Krkonoše Mountains - is being applied for investment. Currently, we have gone through several meetings, materials are being prepared and the original date of the presentation has been postponed. The first next one is being considered around the end of the year, when the model loft is expected to be completed.
