Day D 22/03/2022: Replacement of human labor is especially suitable in industrial logistics. Especially if there is a robotic arm, carts, loading platforms and someone who can design, manufacture, deliver and service it. Investment for two years and interesting interest with good economic results seems to be an interesting opportunity. Non-public offer valid for Venture Club members.
Addendum to 27.6.2024: we were at a meeting at FEL/CVUT - presentation of 6G card - or rather a demonstration of the links connected to the commercial "dumb" 6G card - the concept is used for fast communication with OMRON robot for logistics and IoT tests. The technology will enable robot localization, rapid communcation and emergency connectivity in one new card. The component will be tested in proof of concept at three factories interested in implementing it. This may be followed by commensurate production.
Addendum as of November 9, 2023: paid interest for the first year of the loan at the scheduled amount.
Addendum to 12/20/2022: we are in easy contact with the company - it has purchased the planned CNC machine. Orders are progressing well. We are slowly starting to monitor it again for a possible opening of another round after the first year of the loan.
D-Day has taken place, an updated presentation is below for members to download after logging into the club website, as well as a link to the club's YouTube channel where there is a non-public recording of the whole evening.
Addendum to 06/02/2022: In four days, we collected the necessary CZK 4 million for the CCOE company and financing the purchase of the planned technology. We realize the investment. Currently, we have negotiated a possible increase of up to 2 million CZK, you can enter another Pledge.

Show older messages >CCOE for the European Robotics Centre is looking for an investment to finance the start-up of a project to supply solutions for industrial companies and their logistics: deliveries with robotic arms and AGVs at competitive prices, with excellent technical parameters. The lighter construction of the arms is made possible by gearbox holes and bispherical joints of our own design, all of smaller size and weight. The 1.7 m long robotic arm can handle loads up to 20 kg at the end of the arm. This makes automation and the replacement of human labour possible even for smaller companies and workplaces - savings are sold and excellent returns can be calculated where previously this was not possible. We were intrigued by the presentation and decided to open the investment. We are moving towards buying a stake in the planned manufacturing company ERC and before that happens, we are opening a two-year convertible loan, secured by a receivable registered in the Land Registry, with an attractive interest rate. Investment open to Venture Club members. Don't have a membership? Get one. We expect to continue investing in this company with the next investment round.
