We have been following ZEBRA GROUP for over two years. Especially the electric ELZEBRA, even with the HE3DA battery, is an interesting competitive product. In our country alone, there is a potential of 3.5 thousand vehicles in municipal services in the coming years, not to mention foreign markets. The carmaker not only handles individual units through its existing dealer network of partners, but also contracts for dozens of vehicles for a single customer. That's why we decided to take a look at a possible investment on June 17, 2021 and then again on September 21, 2021. By the way, at the presentation in June there were two Zebras to look at - an electric and a diesel (photos in the Gallery). We liked the presentations, so we agreed how to specify the way to involve the Venture Club and opened the investment. In November 2021 we paid the first tranche, in December the second and in August 2022 the third (third 10 million CZK). We bought a total of 18% of the company, for 30 million CZK, through a company bringing together investors (SPV). In the first year of cooperation, the company increased its production 4 times. We consider the investment to be very promising.
